Dedicated Due Diligence

We believe that due diligence is the most important part of ensuring GLM’s investors receive the returns that we commit to. GLM have a dedicated team on board who make sure that every project is thoroughly tested before it ever comes before the investment committee.

Firstly, the GLM team apply its in house 20 point scoring system. If this is passed, then one of our staff will visit the site in person to assess the project. Whilst on site a number of checks are made in the local area including obtaining independent valuations for both purchase and rentals and discussions with local businesses about the effects that the development will have on the local community.

If the due diligence team are happy with the project it is presented to the investment committee which consists of at least three of the directors. Should the committee make a positive decision to proceed either Richard Blue or Brett McCallum will then take personal control of negotiations in order to ensure that GLM strike the best possible price and that GLM’s clients have access to the most attractive structure to maximise returns.

Investment Pack

An investment pack containing detailed information on the opportunity is then finalised and circulated to GLM’s database of clients and investment clubs.

• Independent Valuations
• Rental Assessments
• Property Plans
• Finance options
